ThunderBirthDay for Thunderbird 5 under development

Yesterday, both Thundbird 5 and a compatible version of Lightning (Lightning 1.0b4) were released. Unfortunately, no compatible version of ThunderBirthDay is available, however it is currently under development and will be released as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks a lot for your patience!

Bday reminder

Hi Ingo,
Am using the plugin with TB 5 and have not seen any error or whatsoever.
Wanted to add some feedback...
Would be great if with the next release a reminder could be set about upcoming birthdays. If I dont look at the calendar every day I might miss a bday or anniversary.
Would be great if that could be done.

Which version?

Hi Gerhard,

which version of ThunderBirthDay are you using? ThunderBirthDay 0.3.4 does definitely not work with Thunderbird 5. But fortunately, I just released a new version.

Eigentlich meine Aufgabe

Naja, es ist ja auch nicht ihre Aufgabe. Das muss schon ich als Addon-Entwickler machen. Aber ich könnte mir mal überlegen, dass für eine Integration in Lightning vorzuschlagen :)
